Navigating in-home care can be a lot.

When my father needed help to stay in his home, the Cooperative Care team was very understanding of the schedule he wanted to keep. He was also particular in how things were done as he wanted things to remain the same as much as possible. They were willing to work with him and me to be sure that he was getting not just what he needed but also what he wanted. They helped him with his medical needs as well as household things. The office staff was willing to take phone calls if there were concerns, and were willing to be flexible in scheduling around appointments my father had.

My mom has lived with us for over 20 years. It's been difficult watching her slow down and lose so many senses and the ability to take care of herself. The caregivers from Cooperative Care have been a lifeline for my husband and I. We are able to go out a few times a week and not have to worry about Mom. Mom has liked all the ladies that have helped her so far, not a complaint out of the group, just want to say thank you very much!!! They're very willing to do any chores that you need help with, and keep a good, close eye on Mom.

Cooperative Care took care of my husband for over a year. His disease was in constant decline and his abilities to help himself. He was bedridden for the last 3 months. We have been using the respite services of Cooperative Care for my mom. She is very comfortable with them, and there have not been any issues so far. Their scheduling is pretty flexible and they work around your requests. They are very helpful. They sat down and talked to me, and were very personable. They work with you, they don't treat you like a number, and they take what you say into consideration.

We got Cooperative Care, and they come three times a week to help Dad get out of bed. The caregiver is nice and professional. They try to schedule around our needs.

In helping care for my grandma, they were kind, understanding, and accommodated ever-changing schedules. They picked up her meds and did everything possible so she could remain in her home as long as possible. The agency kept me in the loop on her mental state, emotional state, and physical health.
